Introducing a new meditation program for beginners to learn, practice and interact with like minded group.
A generous spirit is bubbling amongst the Satsang community. 2022 promises to be the year of peace, love and light through Satsang.
As a result of this pandemic, while the in-person meditations were not possible the need for it has only became so much more dire. Online sessions have continued through the year but creating a community around these sessions has been challenging, so we want to create a more engaged community, initiate a more immersive experience and enhance the opportunities to learn about Satsang.
Today, we’re excited to share a new program called Satsang Bootcamp that will create a concrete space for seekers of peace to kickstart a sustainable meditation practice in the new year.
Join Satsang Bootcamp, a new month-long program that Introduces you to Satsang in a small group setting that will help you develop your meditation practice in 2022.
The Satsang volunteer team will connect the bootcamp participants to a small squad of eight to ten fellow participants and a few mentors in the same region for four weeks of support and structured guidance through the month of February.
Participants will leave the program with an understanding of foundational elements of Satsang, a squad of mentors and peers to turn to, and an evolving set of resources in text, audio and video to read, listen and watch.
Satsang as explained and practiced here was established in 1930 by Guru Maharaj Dr. Chaturbhuj Sahay Ji as a way to live a peaceful, purposeful and enlightened life. We are putting together bootcamps, workshops and immersive weekends to provide structured opportunities to connect, practice and learn.

Program Overview
Satsang Bootcamp, a new month-long program that Introduces you to Satsang.
Starts and ends with an Immersive Weekend that is made up of three 90-minute workshops.
Three weekly Satsang workshops are held during the month, as well.
Bootcamp kickoff – An Immersive Weekend
Saturday, February 5th [10AM/2:30PM EST] and Sunday, February 6th [10AM]
Three 90-minute sessions, will get you started with an immersive Satsang experience. You will not only learn about Satsang, each session will focus on a group practice, and you will have opportunity to ask questions and share your experience with other participants.
At the kickoff weekend, we’ll introduce you to the resources that will help you develop a sustainable practice.
Daily practice assistance
Delivered to inboxes daily throughout the month of February.
Participants will be added to the Satsang newsletter on Substack that will send you daily videos that explain the practice. There, the volunteer team will publish daily bite-sized tips on a strategic theme.
Week 1 – Inner Yoga – Yoga Philosophy and Satsang
Week 2 – Inner Peace – Inner Peace through Satsang
Week 3 – Inner States – Map of Internal States
Week 4 – Inner Strength – Manifesting Transcendental Energy
Workshops
Saturday, February 12, 19, and 26 [1:30PM EST]
Weekly 90-minute group workshops, will help continue the focus on 3 aspects – Learn, Practice and Interact.
Each week the volunteer team, a set of panelists (advanced practitioners) and bootcamp participants will gather on WebEx Online Video Conference for facilitators and panelists to go deeper on the themes from the daily tips. Treat the Satsang Workshops as a space to help each other in developing a sustainable meditation practice. Each Workshop is structured as follows:
Learn – 20 minutes – Learn about Satsang best practices
Practice – 40 minutes – Music to transition in & out and Meditation
Interact – 20 minutes – Q&A and Panel discussion on strategic themes
Participants are encouraged to carve out time to meditate consistently while participating. Whether you meditate monthly, weekly, daily or somewhere in between, the Satsang Bootcamp experience will significantly improve your meditation practice in a meaningful way. Join us for Silent Meditation Time for extra accountability.
Who is Satsang Bootcamp for?
Satsang Bootcamp is for anyone getting started or restarted, eager to set the foundation for meditating regularly and wants to learn a new approach that can fit seamlessly in their lifestyle with help from mentors, and a community of fellow participants.
RSVP close on January 31, 2022. Satsang Bootcamp and Workshops are free at this point, while daily tips will be send through a free newsletter that also has an optional paid option. Participants of this new program are expected to ask questions and provide candid feedback, that will help develop a better program and an engaged community.
